Using the tools

You may use any wheel or randomizer as often as you like, including in classrooms, live streams, videos and business meetings, without asking permission. You may take screenshots and recordings of your own spins.

Giveaways, raffles and contests

SpinDecide is a tool; it is not the organiser of your giveaway. If you run a contest or prize draw, you are responsible for following the rules of the platform you run it on and the laws where you and your entrants live, including any rules on lotteries, age limits and published terms. Our guide to running a fair giveaway has practical advice, but it is not legal advice.

Content you put on a wheel

You are responsible for the options you type and share. Do not use SpinDecide to share content that is illegal, hateful or harassing, or that exposes other people's private information.

Embedding

You may embed SpinDecide wheels on your own website using the provided embed code. Please keep the “Spinner wheel by SpinDecide” credit link visible. Do not frame SpinDecide in a way that hides its ads, suggests it is your own product, or passes it off as another service.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the tools accurate, fair and available, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on a random wheel for decisions involving health, safety, money or legal matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

Changes
